The Franchise Package
At Link Up Properties Nationwide we provide our franchisees with comprehensive estate agency training and the full support of a dedicated and passionate management team who provide total support with a full back up system.
The initial starter pack includes an intensive training course(lasts one week), a computer, estate agency software, branded stationary, a fully branded smart car (deposit and first three months paid) and agency boards etc., in short, everything you need to establish yourself.
We keep the start up costs to a minimum. Initially you can work from home or an office, most franchisees will graduate to a shop premises within 6 to 8 months as their businesses develop. We will even negotiate the best deal for you on commercial premises.
